From first running steps to running for Wales, we’re a mixed bag of athletes. We have a good turnout at Swansea Parkrun every week (come and say hello if you see us!) and regularly take part in the prominent runs in Wales and further afield.

Other than our monthly club Grand Prix races, many of our members take part in the Swansea Bay 10km, Richard Burton run, Swansea Half Marathon, Brisco Gorseinon 10km and Cardiff Half Marathon to name a few.

Our annual presentation dinner takes place in May, and we have been spotted in some local watering holes after a Wednesday night session throughout the year.
